Guarantee and returns
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less netcash commissions of 5%. Products must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and at the customers expense. Refunds for the purchase price (which does not include postage) will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us. Only Inc. will pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent in an exchange situation where a fault was made on our side.
Damages
Any damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out. In this situation Only Inc. will accept all postage charges.
Processing of orders
All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Only Inc aims to arrange shipment of all 'in stock' items within 24 hours of receiving your order, if the stock is not on hand, the maximum time will be 10 working days yet we aim to have your order within 5 - 7 working days. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers, in this case we will contact you. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. Only Inc are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
Delivery
Shipping/Postage of goods will take place within 24 hours of received payment confirmation. Goods will be posted Door To Door, a physical address MUST be provided
Goods delivered to a home or office ( door to door ) will be via courier service. Confirmation of payment refers to the amount reflected in the bank account of Only Inc. , and not the one you may have with you.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Only Inc. has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you. |
